Cancellation Policy

27 Hours Cancellation Policy (stays of 3 – 6 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 3 - 6 nights have to be received by the supplier in writing, at least 3 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period the supplier will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, the supplier will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 3 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 3 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

7 Nights Cancellation Policy (stays of 7 – 27 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 7 - 27 nights have to be received by the supplier in writing, at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period the supplier will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the supplier will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 7 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 7 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

14 Nights Cancellation Policy (stays of 28 – 89 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 - 89 nights have to be received by the supplier in writing, at least 14 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period the supplier will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the supplier will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 14 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 14 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

28 Nights Cancellation Policy (stays of 90+ nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 90+ nights have to be received by the supplier in writing, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period the supplier will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the supplier will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 28 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 28 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

Early departures and amendments are subject to the lengths of stay and the subsequent cancellation periods are shown above
